The fourth day of a Cursillo is the day after the three-day Cursillo weekend and is a time to apply what was learned during the weekend to everyday life: Community Participants in the Cursillo weekend join the fourth-day community, which is a larger group of people who have completed the weekend. Perseverance The fourth day is a time to persevere and live what was learned during the weekend. Reunion groups Participants meet in small groups to review their piety, study, and actions, and to build friendships. Ultreyas Participants attend Ultreyas to worship, share their lives, and continue the community spirit. Ultreyas can be regional or diocesan gatherings. Spiritual direction Participants seek out a lay or clergy person to help deepen their relationship with Christ. The Cursillo movement is a Christian teaching method that aims to renew family life, revitalize parishes, and faithfully observe duties.
